After completing the SmdApp install, navigate to the control panel and double click on the SmdrSrv Icon.
 
 
 
stop the service if running
un-register the service
perform the configuration export from the machine hosting the Avaya IP Office Manager Program to the shared directory \\MERLIN\ITS (C:\ITS)

if the SMDR Delta Server has been running previously, copy any existing SMDR log files to the shared folder C:\ITS\SMDR

click register
change to fit your installation

 

click Create DB

 

start the service
