Retrieving Switch Configuration via Manager

| The export of the configuration file allows SmdrApp to pre-configure the database with Users, Accounts, Extensions, Hunt Groups and Lines already defined by the IP Office switch. If the IP Office Manager is installed on the same machine, as the Smdr Capture service is being installed, the IP Office Manager is run. This is the preferred route for an installation. If the Smdr Capture is not hosted by the same machine as the IP Office Manager a different route needs to be used, however the export is still required. |

| Select the unit |

| enter your password |
 |
| verify the configuration |
 |
| export configuration |
 |
| save to the shared folder C:\ITS |
 |
| overwrite the blank default configuration.csv and exit the program |
 |

to copy configuration to a network share...
this is used if the Avaya IP Office Manager Program is not hosted on the same machine as the SmdrCapture Service
